Job Title: Egg Grader/ Sorter
Location: Ota, Ogun State.
Job Responsibilities
- Sorting of eggs such as color, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct uniformity of eggs.
- Clean inferior or defective eggs or foreign matter, and place acceptable egg in crates for sale.
- Package eggs for shipment to Depot.
- Weigh products or estimate their weight, visually or by feel.
- Measure physical characteristics of sale.
- Record grade egg on shipping, receiving, or sales sheets.
- Record crates in inventory data.
