Job Duties
- Support the program manager in coordinating the activities of the Rural Affairs Institute
- Develop course outlines/modules on Rural Finance
- Implement programs and formulate action points to address the implementation issues
- Organize seminars, workshop and symposiums
- Measures outcome from trainings
- Train practitioners on Rural Finance
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the institute
- Report to the program manager
Qualification/requirements
- Degree in Banking and Finance, B.Ed in Accountancy or Bachelor in education in any related field from a reputable university/institution
- Sound knowledge in capital development
- Advanced capabilities in MS-Office, especially power point and excel
- Familiarity with government policies, programs and government operational systems in Nigeria
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Passion for and adequate understanding on development challenges and rural poverty reduction; knowledge of community participation
