Job Duties
- Support the program manager in coordinating the activities of the Rural Affairs Institute
- Design training curriculum
- Measures outcome from trainings
- Research and recommend learning equipment
- Calculate report on training costs
- Order instructional materials
- Implement programs and formulate action points to address the implementation issues
- Organize seminars and workshop
- Train practitioners Industrialization
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the institute
- Report to the program manager
Qualification/requirements
- B.Ed in Business Administration or any related field with education background from a reputed university/institution.
- Sound knowledge in capital development
- Advance capabilities in MS-Office, especially power point and excel
- Familiarity with government policies, programs and government operational systems in Nigeria
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Passion for and adequate understanding on development challenges and rural poverty reduction; knowledge of community participation.
