Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Support Principal Consultant on ongoing projects, business development activities and operational matters.
- Serve as escalation point for departments and customers enquiring about the business
- Develop, implement and continuously improve processes, templates and other such required procedures governing operations.
- Interface with customers where necessary in support of sales and service delivery to ensure customers are happy with the company's products and services.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints, issues and enquiries
- Keep tabs on market by gathering and analyzing data to determine sales volume potential and added value opportunities the company may exploit.
- Plan, manage and execute projects as assigned or required.
- Administrative support of operations.
Qualification/Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
- Higher educational qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Approximately 5 to 10 years relevant experience or transferrable experience (manufacturing/production or bank sales/operations experience a bonus but not a requirement)
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in institutional and consultative Sales, B2B management and Market development function very essential.
- Experience of a startup company or environment.
- Exposure to sales and business development is an added advantage.

- Mature, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and results oriented team player.
- Needs to have a "can do" attitude.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Presentable, well spoken with good interpersonal/communication skills with a commendable presence.
- Good grasp of account & relationship management.
- Ability to take initiative and be self-driven.
- Good analytical and numerate skills. Able to think outside the proverbial box.
- Good man management and persuasion skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and very comfortable with a computer.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills with ability to prepare RFP/Bid and possession of good information technology skills.
- Good supervisory skills working with suppliers & 3rd parties.
- Process/procedure management capabilities. Able to solve problems, define, implement and manage processes.
