Job Title: Assistant Manager SFA Apps Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- The role is within the Application Service Delivery Team. The successful applicant will be receiving appropriate training from Jaya Singh and Solution Delivery Team (Chennai).
- The position will lead a team of 4-5 support staffs and will report to Jaya Singh.
- The position will be responsible for day to day production support and constant training to FMCL SR, Distributor SR and accountants of KD.
- The activities performed include: production monitoring, problem resolution, testing and training.
- The candidate has to promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement with the team of support staffs.
Education
- Minimum of graduate qualification
