- We are looking for inbound customer service/ sales support Interns to provide upbeat customer service for our clients, bent towards making sales and meeting goals.
Job Description
- To provide exceptional customer service and complete customer satisfaction.
- To resolve customer’s request and complaints.
- To act as a direct interface between the Company and Customers.
- Provides quality customer service to customers daily.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Provides correct and complete report as may be required.
- Be able to generate leads leading to sales conversion.
Qualification Requirements
- The ideal candidate must a female.
- Entry Level is encouraged.
- Internship is highly encouraged.
- The candidate must possess an HND or B.Sc Degree from a known institution.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competence.
- High Energy, high on execution, low on excuses and hands-on approach to responsibilities.
- A good listener with a high sense of personal responsibility.
- Friendly, engaging, passionate, proactive, thorough and detailed.
- High Integrity, good instincts, and Can –do attitude.
- Can take instructions and expand on it.
- Applicants must possess good communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and word).
- Must live in Lagos and be ready to work on the Island.
