Job Title: Experienced and Senior Associates

Job Description
- The candidate(s) will play key roles in supporting clients on large-scale projects and commercial transactions in the areas of: Corporate Finance; and Energy (electricity and oil and gas).
Qualifications, Experience and AttributesThe ideal candidate(s) must be result-oriented self-starters that possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Excellent academic background, including minimum of 2:1 at Degree level.
- Up to six (6) years' post-call experience, with a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in the energy sector generally (specific electricity industry experience is a significant advantage).
- Experience in any project development, finance and restructuring, company and asset acquisitions and disposal gas and electricity supply and transportation agreements, etc.
- Ability to effectively manage large matters and lead teams (including proper delegation skills).
- A willingness to travel around Nigeria as required (the position will be based in Lagos or Abuja, and will require extensive travel to and from these cities)
- Excellent client service and analytical skill good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills are essential.
