Farmgate Agro-Allied Limited commenced full operations in 2016 providing fresh farm produce at good prices to customers in Lagos and Abuja. Our customer base has grown exponentially and we will drive the business through our digital e-commerce platform in order for us to achieve excellent service delivery.

Job Descriptions
  • We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationship with our customers. We will rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
  • To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ultimately, you will maintain strong relationship with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationship with clients and key personnel with client’s companies
  • Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationship
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve potential clients to establish relationship
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Generating sales leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Requirements
  • B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or Similar field
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
