We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Wireless

Responsibilities
  • Develop emergency service plan for customers.
  • Analyse issues and develop resolutions in a timely fashion.
  • Complete service orders and service reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate onsite contractors for facility support as necessary.
  • Monitor the issue resolution status and time closely.
  • Assist field personnel in providing remote and on-site customer support and services.
  • Supervise all product installations and the related repair and maintenance activities when required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers for any complaints, inquiries and issues.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
  • B.Sc in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good reporting skills and feedback mechanism.
  • Knowledge of basic TCP/IP configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuration of Cisco switches.
  • Knowledge of Access point and controllers.
  • 1-2 years experience in the configuration of Optical Network termination(ONT).
  • Ability to provide remote support using any Desk, Teamviewer, remote Desktop etc.
  • Ability to supervise project and provide real time reporting.
  • Basic understanding of quality of service and network management concepts with respect to transmission networks is a must.
  • Ability to commission sites on all platforms with basic training on the job.
  • Assist in the translation of customer needs/technical requirements to appropriate solutions by liaising with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their specific needs.
