A well-respected International-Branded Hotel located in Victoria Island requires to urgently fill the positions herein under.
1.) Marketing Resource Personnel
Requirements
- The requirement is for a Marketing Team of 4 personnel.
- The qualification required of a Marketing Resource Personnel includes a relevant degree in Marketing and/or a related degree in Social Sciences.
- Candidates working in similar positions with experience of 5-7 years and post-graduate qualification will suffice.
- Candidates must show proven dexterity and formidable aggression in the discharge of their responsibilities.
- It is expected that qualified candidates should show signs of Sales and Marketing acumen and be resilient in the face of daunting challenges; with added communication skill and a proactive disposition to their work.
2.) Operation Manager in Charge of Administration
Requirements
- This position requires a degree in General Humanities and other related disciplines; and an MBA in a well-recognised Tertiary Institution will present an added advantage.
- A candidate is expected to display a very good knowledge of the challenges faced in operating within the hospitality environment.
- The attributes required of a candidate will include computer skill, communication skill, leadership skill and excellent interpersonal relationship skill.
3.) Head of Security/ Security Personnel
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 security personnel who will report directly to the Head of Security is required to be employed.
- The Head of Security and Security Personnel are expected to possess an HND / a university degree with working experience of 5-7 years for the Head of Security while 3-5 years will suffice for the Security Personnel.
- Each of the personnel for the security position will be expected to demonstrate formidable knowledge required to successfully operate in the hospitality environment.
- Each of the Security Personnel will be expected to be versatile and fluent in the use of English language, both spoken and written.
- The Head of Security will be required to show formidable leadership ability and present criteria that is verifiable.
