Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Job Description
Your roles will include to:
- Design, implement and continuously review internal control and internal audit procedures to cover all functional areas/inter-company relationships and/or transactions/staff audit, etc.;
- Continually communicate key company controls, policies, approval limits within the company;
- Document evidence arising from audit and provide internal audit recommendations to the board of directors and executive management of the company for review and approval;
- Regularly conduct thorough and objective examination of financial and non-financial transactions and records;
Qualifications & Experience
- A good first degree in any management science/social science related discipline preferably in accounting
- A minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience
- Professional qualification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CISA will be an added advantage.
- Preferably, professional experience should be against the background of a reputable audit firm
Skills/Abilities:
- Highly organized, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good listener and communicator, with sensitivity to cultural communication skills
- Appreciation of the need for confidentiality and integrity
- Well-developed IT skills
- Effectively work as a team member and independently, with a high-level of self-motivation
- Comfortable working in a busy, dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
