PreDiagnosis International - We are a Non-Governmental Organization whose objective is to deliver health care programs and services to address the gap in the health sector. Our major role is the maintenance, improvement of health through prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness and injuries and other physical impairment in people who are vulnerable to diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. Our mission is to rescue 5 million vulnerable Nigerians by the year 2025.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrator

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of the company
  • Coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the company
  • Support the organization in communications & scheduling
  • Management of office equipment, documents and vehicles
  • Coordination programs, events and outreaches
  • Oversees and administers the day-to day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
  • Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals & institutions on operational matters concerning the office.
  • Provides and/or oversees provision of staff support to the office, handling day-to-day problems and situations.
  • Provides necessary administrative assistance and support to all other departments.
Minimum Recruitment standards
  • 5-7 years working experience in similar role.
