Job Description
- Following the launch of our new Supermarket & pharmaceutical stores in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos, We seek the service for an experienced Baker to supervise the preparation of different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like sausages, cakes and pies using creative techniques.
Qualification and Skills
- Good communication and team management skills
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Experience with cake decoration techniques
- Ability to make different types of bread; wheat bread, Coconut bread, fruit bread, etc.
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
- Certification from a Culinary or Technical school or Apprentice Training certificate.
