Job Responsibilies
- Manage agency relationship with client to deliver on set objectives
- Lead and inspire your team, clients, and other external partners
- Serve as primary point of contact for client
- Lead a team of highly motivated individuals
- Negotiate effectively
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Develop and evaluate strategy documents and offer constructive feedback
- Help to maintain/grow existing businesses and prospect for new clients
- Collaborate with different work groups and units to improve client support and satisfaction
- Report to the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years agency or client experience
- Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Arts and Languages added with problem-solving skills and a keen business sense
- Self-confidence
- Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
