Job Title: Shipping Officer
Location: Edo
Job Description
- Manages NPA, NIMASA, Customs documentation and customs clearance
- Providing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrives on time
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders while ensuring compliance to legal regulations and company policies
- Responding to customers or shippers questions or complaints
- Organize and follow up all the shipping process and orders
- Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight
- Ensure shipping costs are calculated accurately and passed onto customers
- Maintain quality, safety and environment standard
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any discipline/Administration
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Ability to present information in a concise and clear manner
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
