DevTrain Volunteers Academy is a 3-months training and development programme to support young graduates with skills and knowledge that will enable them attain leadership positions in the field of social development and governance.
DVA capacity development and mentoring programme aims to support young people manage projects, secure jobs and become agents of change. Trainings include behavior competencies, group facilitation, conflict management, curriculum vitae development, writing cover letters, building interview skills, advocacy and mentoring process for career development.
We are recruiting to fill tthe position below:

Who is Eligible?
- The programme targets youths who are active or desire a career from all sectors of the society, especially from civil society organizations, administration, educational institutions and the media. These potential candidates would have shown their commitment and passion to representing community development.
Candidates Must
- Be creative and willing to become change agents.
- Must have the potential to be positive role models to young people.
- Be at least 23 and not above 35 years by time of application.
- Completed NYSC.
- Be willing to work 20 hours a week within the period of volunteering.
- Be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Take care of their transportation to/from the training venue.
- Be resident in Makurdi, Benue State.
- Women and people living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply!
