Job Description
- Service Asset and Configuration Management comprises of three major tasks; configuration identification, configuration control and configuration verification & audit. This resource would be responsible for driving automation and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Modelling of 43 Services on Abacus
- Creation of Physical Operating Model for 200 applications
- Sync validation of all relationships on Atrium CMDB
- Modelling of service catalogue on Abacus
- Collation and validation of 200 application license information
- Modelling of 20 end user licenses on SmartTrack
Experience:
- ITIL Service Management
- 4-8yrs IT Service Management Experience
