Job Title: Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare estate budget;
- Provide facility maintenance services;
- Provide facility administrative services;
- Manage procurement and contractors;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with HSE regulations;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
He/she should be either:
- An undergraduate Estate Management, Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering student from an accredited Polytechnic seeking industrial training; OR
- A Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Estate Management, Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering graduate from an accredited University who is currently undergoing National Youth Service Corp Programme.
