Responsibilities
- Identify and develop highly promising territories within assigned region.
- Present, demonstrate and promote company services to prospective agents.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship with existing and prospective agents.
- Expedite the resolution of agents' problems and complaints to related units to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Routinely monitor and supervise the activities of the agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing or Management preferred.
- 2 years experience in POS management or agent banking.
- Excellent communication skills.
