Job Title: Head, ICT Department
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Supervising of ICT department staff and maintaining good working relationship among them on daily basis.
- Overseeing all contact operations including:
- Entering of data on providers/enrollees
- Pre-authorizing of medical treatment
- Approved claims and capitation
- Payment to accompany with pay advice to providers and vendors.
- Administration of company’s website.
- Handling of inverter system, servers, internet modem, power generating set and other call center equipment.
- Maintenance of computer system and soft ware and other call center automatic system.
- Schedule of duties for staff of ICT department staff.
- ICT personnel and equipment control.
- Ensure proper orientation and training of ICT staff.
- Coordinating the proper functioning of call center equipment and soft ware with technical advice of the call center consultants.
- Internet message broadcasting and e- marketing
Requirements
- 1st Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 2nd degree is a must
- 10 years post NYSC experience.
- Software and hardware competencies including designing of software & developing solutions.
- CISCO and Oracle Certification is added advantage.
