- We are looking to hire Driver Network/Growth Manager who is highly skilled, self-motivated and dedicated professionals with a knack for driving profit and revenue.
Job Description
- The Driver Network/Growth Manager will drive the company’s sales revenue goals and targets ensuring that short and long term strategic goals are achieved.
- Manage, train, develop, monitor, set objectives and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
- Create standardized outreach programs for drivers and customers, coordinate the implementation
- Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow revenue
- Develop growth strategies with the Executive team
- Manage the telesales to recruit and activate drivers
- Network frequently to promote the company and source candidates
- Support in building a strong Champion(Driver) workforce/community
- Research new ideas and anticipate threats and opportunities
- Analyze, identify and suggest untapped candidates pool
- Coordinate the assessment of candidates' background information, objectives, and personality test
- Drive offline activation
- Ensure team members are focused and aligned with MAX's growth target
- Build a sales team in a way that creates long-term customer and business value
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Management level
- Experience Length: 8-10 years
- Proven work experience is Sale/ Business Development
- Flawless understanding of SaaS-based cross channel marketing
