Job Title: Industry Automation and Drive Technology Partner Manager

Responsibilities
  • Implement and integrate Marketing / Promotion / Sales processes at the partner in the region
  • Set up / coordinate adequate measures to exploit the potential in the market; à Partner specific measures for business growth
  • Contact for Partner in case of escalation
  • Monitor partners' behavior in the market to avoid channel conflicts, keeps market transparency and mitigate between conflicting BU interests
  • Define and agree business target for Partner Business with LBU in Lead RC and responsible to achieve targets
  • Drive partner development process according to local market requirements
  • Measure / monitor (quarterly, half-yearly) performance and identify trends & exceptions
  • Communicate and implement PTA with Partner à Partner Target Agreement (PTA) (if operational function applicable)
  • Establish global partner strategy in the region to ensure transparency and partner quality (Selecting/Deselecting, Qualification, Certification, Training).
  • Ensure pricing systematic according Industry pricing strategy
  • Has complete governance of Partner Management
  • Internal promotion and Rollout of Partner Management Program
  • Coordinate Partner Management Committee meetings
  • Regionalize Partner Services / Benefits depending on local requirements
  • à Partner contracts à MarCom material à info sharing platforms
  • Internal Partner contact for IA&DT&CS and interface to HQ; à Ensure collaboration between local Siemens sales force and partner (if applicable).
