Job Title: Executive Director - Corporate Banking
Location: Lagos
Job Roles
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the appointee will have responsibilities to determine the Corporate Banking Strategy and the risk acceptance criteria across industry sectors and asset classes
- He/she will Co-ordinate and Mentor Relationship Managers & Divisional Heads to achieve the desired loan book structure and size, to ensure the achievement of profit objectives.
- The appointee will lead from the front in marketing the corporate banking products across various industry sectors, and ensure effective, long term relationship management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fifteen (15) years requisite experience in the banking industry, the last Eight (8 years in a senior Management position in Corporate Banking, in the position of Executive Director, General Manager/Deputy General Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Very strong business development, credit analytical and relationship management skills acquired over periods of not less than six (6) years respectively
- B.Sc in relevant disciplines, preferably at post-graduate level, with appropriate professional qualifications.
- Above average knowledge of Corporate Banking products and well developed contacts at senior levels across industry sectors.
