Job Title: Company Secretary/Chief Legal Officer

Job Role
- The candidate will serve as a vital link between the company’s Board of Directors, shareholders, governmental and regulatory agencies.
- He/She will guide the company directors about the day to day management of the organization including compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- The candidate will ensure that decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented in the most efficient manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 10-15 years in a similar position or in legal practice with a strong company secretary practice.
- B.Sc (B.L, LL.B) and a professional certification, e.g Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
