A Telecommunication Company with international operations is recruiting to fill the following position:
Job Title: Legal Counsel (Commercial)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Draft various legal documents required for managing relationship with global & domestic carriers, calling card operators and mobile virtual network enabler for businesses related to voice interconnect, top up cards, internet leased lines and international private leased circuits.
- Support roaming team on designing roaming documents like IR21, deviations, etc.
- Design and document purchase orders, memorandum of understanding (MOU), service level agreements (SLA) etc. for vendors and systems integrators.
- Support sales and network teams for agreements related to mutual contracts on swaps and barter programs for internet leased lines and international private leased circuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) preferably Second Class Upper Division
- Call to Bar Certificate with a minimum of Second Class Division
- Masters Degree in Telecoms Law and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years post call to bar experience
- Experience in cross border transactions
- Experience in a multinational environment and/or taxation related issues would be an advantage
