We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Automobile Garage Manager
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- As our successful candidate, you will be in charge of overseeing the employees to make sure they meet the dealership's quality standards.
- Candidate will be responsible for acting as a gobetween customers and service staff.
- Candidate will be responsible for hiring into department and must choose the most qualified person for the job.
- Ideal Candidate will be in charge of budgeting of the department in making sure the labour costs are kept in check, inventory balances, and they suffer no additional costs by retaining employees.
Job Qualification/Skills
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certificate.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry and experience in a managerial position
- Candidate must possess mathematical, computer and reasoning skills.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidate must be familiar with the parts and procedures on how automobiles run. He should be able to analyze and come up with solutions when repairing and maintaining vehicles.
- Candidate must have excellent managerial and supervisory skills to handle the entire auto service staff
- Candidates must be resident in Lagos
- Candidates must be a minimum of 22 years
