Job Summary
- The Client Service and Business Development Executive is responsible for client management and business growth of the company for more profitability and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and developing new business initiatives.
- Finding and developing new markets to expand the company’s reach
- Attending conferencevbvs, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing proposals for clients
- Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Ensure client queries and requests are promptly resolved
- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
- Capture client information on database
- Participate in marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Prospective employees must have:
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy.
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
