Job Description
- We are looking for Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing constructions.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements and compile project specifications
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven working experience as an architect
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Communication and project management skills
