Job Title: Junior Android Developer
Location: Lagos
Job Profile
- We are searching for a talented, smart, and experienced Junior Android Developer to join our effervescent team based in the Lagos Head office.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for developing mobile apps, review and interpret UI/UX designs, improve on existing apps amongst other things.
Job Definition
- Develop mobile apps that meet standard requirements
- Review and interpret UI/UX designs and translate them into mobile applications.
- Review, modify and improve on existing apps
- Understand and consume external APIs
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize
- development efficiency.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers for unified client side experience.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in android development
- Have published at least one original android app
- Experience with android SDK
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Solid experience of the android development cycle
- Good understanding of Kotlin is an advantage
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tool - Git
