Requirements
- The candidate must have a good University Degree in Management Sciences and Postgraduate qualification.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be required.
- 15 + years relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market.
- Must have attained at least a Senior Manager position in a commercial Bank or Deputy General Manager position in a mortgage bank or other financial institutions.
- Must be a target driven and result focused individual.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skill in fostering positive and constructive interaction with clients and employees at all levels of the organization.
