Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a Business/IT related discipline
- Minimum of 5-8 years professional experience in Requirements Management
- Program management and business analysis experience
- Visual Design: Mobile UI design & Web UI Design
- Usability Evaluation and User Needs Research Experience
- Product experience, Design thinking and Prototyping Experience.
Competencies:
- Requirements Management: Minimum of 5-8 years professional experience in Requirements Management.
- Demand and Capacity Management: o Competence to institutionalize and operationalize demand and priority management for high solution demand velocity enterprise. Competence for resource capacity and workforce management to achieve high solution delivery throughput.
- Value Management: Competence to institutionalize value management
- DevOps Experience: Very good DevOps experience, using requirements management tools like Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
