- Maintain records and files.
- Greet clients and provide then with superb customer service.
- Answer all clients question and address their complaints.
- Redirect phone calls to appropriate personnel and take down messages.
- Monitor,organize and forward emails when necessary.
Requirements
- 0-1year experience in relevant fields
- Proficient with Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Smart and presentable.
- Must have good understanding of office administration.
- Must have good oral and written skills
