Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location
: Lagos (Agege, Abule Egba, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ilupeju, Maryland, Lekki Ajah Axis and its environs)

Job Description/Duties
  • Developing marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Create and negotiate the terms of commercial or residential sale or lease of properties.
  • Supervise and train sales team.
  • Maintain expense records, set budget limits, develop costsaving strategies and prepare financial statements, within the department.
  • Oversee facilities management.
  • Create property operations budgets.
Requirements
  • B.Sc in a related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a sales manager in a reputable property firm
  • Knowledge of purchase process.
  • 3 years experience in real estate market with verifiable achievements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Candidates must be commission focused person
  • Must be a key/team player
  • Must be vast in strategizing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • Gender preference: none.
  • Candidate must be resident in Lagos central.
