Job Description
We are in need of qualified Teachers to teach the following subject below:
- English
- Maths
- Biology
- Economics
Qualification and Experience
- A BA/BSc degree in the relevant subject plus a postgraduate diploma in education (PGDE) or its equivalent.
- A higher degree in the relevant subject is an added advantage.
- IGCSE certification is an added advantage.
- Must have minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a good school.
- Computer literacy and evidence of use of ICT to support literacy.
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be passionate about the job with an ability to forge good relationships with students and create a relationship of mutual trust.
- Ability to plan and teach good lessons and ensure students achieve high standards
- Good listening, communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and a willingness to followthe schools’ policies and procedures
- Ability to manage students behaviour
- Experience of assessment and tracking students progress
