RegCharles Finance and Capital Ltd - An Agro-Allied Company located in Ibadan, Oyo State is recruiting to fill the following position:
Job Title: Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organising production and supply schedules
- Assessing project and resources requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Determining quality control standards
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Health & Safety of the workforce
- Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the business managed
- Development of a superior workforce.
- Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
- Analyse and review budgets and expenditure
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline, preferably Agric Economics
- 3-5 years working eperience
- Must have knowledge of the agricultural trading industry.
- Strong professional background with no less than 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to show results
- Proven administrative, leadership and management ability.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail
- Good team player
- Strategy oriented and driven
- Excellent thinking capabilities and analytical skills
- Very good organizational and communicating skills
- Very good at solving complex problems
