- The role is for someone with customer service and management experience, who knows what it means to build and be a part of a world-class customer service team
- The role involves a lot of critical thinking and innovative ways to build, train and maintain team members
- You must be innovative to work and find solutions to customers' pain points.
- As a customer service head, you will ensure that the needs of your customers are always satisfied
- Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service throughout the organisation you work for
- You'll make sure that service standards are being met, and manage the customer service team.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Helping to develop and implement customer service policies in an organisation
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Managing a team of customer service staff
- Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
