Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical assistance to the CEO and to other Senior Engineers.
- Assist in handling technical customer issues.
- Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.
- Assist and support in repairing electronic items.
- Perform tests and repairs on electronic items, equipment and machinery.
- Provide technical services to customers on time.
- Collect payments from customers for technical services provided.
- Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to customers.
- Adhere to corporate service standards in technical assistant functions.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Available to work on weekends
