We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: NOC Engineer/Tech Support Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Fault management and troubleshooting
- Prompt response and resolution of customer complaint
- Fault report preparation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
- Support and guidance to field team for fault resolution
- Working with field/deployment team for new link deployment and installation
- Coordination with our service provider for any issue, support and service
- Preparation of availability report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
Requirements
- Qualification: Engineering graduate (Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science)
- Professional Certification: CCNA/CCNP
- Relevant Experience: NOC, Fault Management, Field Operation, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
- Experience (no of years): 1 Year and above
