Job Title: Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, Integrate and monitor Sales and Supply value chain
- Ensure Logistics assets are effectively and maintained
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (including Vehicle Sales Reps)
- Coordinate orders and arrange re-stocking of finished products
- Communicating with suppliers, retailers, customers etc.
- Planning and tracking shipments products from factory to warehouse and to customer sites
- Detailed stock and record keeping.
- Preparing Integrated and accurate reports for management
Qualification
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be evaluated for the following attributes:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge and training in supply management principles and practices.
- Record-keeping abilities
- Customer-orientations
- Good Computer skills (Excel , Microsoft word)
- Years of Relevant Experience
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in Customer Relations
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
