We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Carry out research on industry trends and demand for goods and services;
- Work with marketing communications and advertising agencies in the development and execution of online, ATL and BTL marketing strategies to promote the Company brand and services;
- Ensure terms of agreement with marketing agencies are strictly adhered to and all agreed targets met;
- Liaise with the marketing agencies in the recruitment of vendors in assigned territories;
- Supervise the product training of all recruited vendors;
- Research and formulate ways to optimize client experience;
- Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies to senior management;
- Stays abreast of changes in the ecommerce marketing environment, and adjusts marketing plans accordingly, to best serve the objectives of the organization;
- Oversee aspects of the website as it relates to the advertising campaigns and recruited vendor relationships;
- Supervise Marketing Officers in the department;
- Suggest products that are of interest to clients based on information gathered in the field;
- Track product sales and report accordingly;
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly and quarterly reports on all vendors and agencies being supervised across regions;
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in similar role in the Ecommerce industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Relevant certification are an added advantage
