We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Platform Analysis & Monitoring Lead

Location
: Lagos
Reporting To: Strategy Revenue & Optimization Lead
Job Type: Full time

Role Purpose
  • Prompt diagnosis of issues and fixing of those issues as they are identified, proper accountability and prompt correction of anomalies as detected from the platforms
Responsibilities
  • Provide an oversight function to the platform analysis team.
  • Provide oversight on setup of installed DTs, Feeders, LVMD and HVMD on CIS/TMR.
  • Coordinate analysis of energy consumption for discrepancies and energy losses.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Optimization and Monitoring unit on accurate back billing and revenue loss calculation.
  • Mange account maintenance of customer information on TMR.
  • Coordinate and provide analytical report on status of MD/NMD AMR/AMI meters.
  • Coordinate with IT in fixing the communication issue of AMI meters in the network.
  • Manage the configuration and setup of all meters on the platform.
  • Manage the modification of MD/NMD customer information on CIS to new AMI/AMR meter for remote reading.
  • Reprogram meter to correct CT/VT rating on AMR meters to remove the occurrence of multiplying factor in billing.
  • Monthly reporting of identified cases of meter tampering/energy theft for maintenance.
  • Manage the monthly spooling from the MS/TMR server of online/offline customers.
  • Coordinating with Energy Audit and Undertaking staffs in maintenance of DT meters.
  • Coordinating with Power Allocation Team in measuring supply availability on feeders meters via TMR.
  • Remote compilation of AMR/AMI meters for billing to MDMM engineers.
  • Drive team performance and compliance.
  • Assist in Carry out any other duties as requested by the Unit Head and Head of Department.
Minimum qualifications
  • First degree in Finance or other Social Science/Engineering
  • Requires Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience
  • 2 – 4 years in a managerial role
