Job Title: HR Officer

Job Description
- Managing employee data through the use of ERP
- Assist in recruitment process
- Support on Induction Process for new employee
- Processing of staff request and administer memos to staff and department.
- Register new staff on the electronic clocking device and assist on the on-boarding session for new hires
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Weekly report and updates
- Filing and updating of employee files
- Posting of job advert
- Create, implement and manage on-boarding plans
- Assist in training process
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be proficient in MS excel, MS word and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Must possess HND/B.Sc in Social Science course.
