Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Manufacturing
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To help guide and grow the business they now requires a best in class CEO who can manage, lead and direct the business.
- The CEO will have multiple divisional heads reporting to them, as well as finance, IT and Legal and will work closely with the board and investors.
Requirements
- The suitable candidate will ideally have worked in a manufacturing environment and ideally B2B
- Critical will be someone with at least 5 years+ at CEO or MD level
- The individual will need to have strong commercial and strategic skills combined with excellent leadership ability.
Remuneration
- The role will come with a competitive basic salary plus local allowances as well as a lucrative LTIP scheme
