Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales and marketing team (BDMs, KTMs, BDs, and MKTs) in order to meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly team goals
- Assisting sales and marketing team in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Accomplishes regional team objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves regional team operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing product changes and, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc In Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Must have a proven record of successful sales and marketing career in a reputable company (An E-commerce company will be an advantage).
