Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos
Qualification/Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in any field.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service.
- Must not be more than 30 years old
- Must be personable and amiable with very good communication skills
- Ability to identify and meet customers' needs,
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing environment would be an added advantage
- Ability to speak any of the major Nigerian languages will also be an added advantage.
Aptitude Test
- Shortlisted candidates will need to sit for an aptitude test at a date to be announced.
