The Person
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or any Social Science related courses and professional qualification an added advantage.
- 3- 5 yrs post NYSC experience on the same position in a Manufacturing industry.
- Good Knowledge and Application of Labour laws and related laws.
- Proficient/advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other packages.
- Good negotiating skill.
- Oral and written communication skill.
- Excellent organizational & leadership skill.
- Should be 27-32years of age.
