Job Title: Cook/Chef

Job Description
- We’re recruiting for an organised, experienced and enthusiastic Cook/Chef to join our energetic team in Lagos and Abuja.
Required Qualifications/Licences
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate (minimum)
- Catering School Certificate (Essential)
Required Experience:
- At least 2-3 years cooking/catering experience cooking in different styles and cuisines – everything from traditional African dishes to international dishes. (hotel or restaurant chefs can also apply)
- You must be hard-working, organised, creative, able to cope under pressure and passionate about food and have good customer service skills.
- You must keep all areas of the kitchen clean and free of clutter, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work unsupervised. You will also be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- You must possess food preparation and cooking presentation skills, kitchen maintenance and cleaning, maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies, menu planning etc
