Job Title: Deputy General Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure day-to-day operational functions of the offices in Nigeria.
- Coordinate the Administrative responsibilities of all Office Locations in Nigeria.
- Ensure adherence to all IT, HR policy, procedures on a daily basis in all office locations in Nigeria.
- Ensure overall delivery and quality of office offerings to clients within all office Locations.
- Coordinate on regular basis with IT to ensure smooth running of IT infrastructure in all office locations.
- Coordinating with GM in overall representation of the Company’s interest with government / Regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Coordinating with GM to ensure overall growth and development of regional strategy
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ work experience in a Deputy General Manager Position or related role.
- Excellent communication, networking and organizational skill.
- Strong Leadership qualities.
- Proactive and meticulous attention to details.
- Understanding of the Forex Market will be an advantage
- Target oriented and results driven
