Our Client covers the full spectrum of consulting and handle Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (plumbing) engineering planning, design and supervisory services for residential, commercial and industrial buildings on major construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly Expenditure Report.
- Staff tax and Inland Revenue.
- Liaison with auditors and outside accounts.
- Preparation of Quarterly Budget.
- Ensuring the company complies with statutory Laws.
- Fees/Debtors list, Creditors List, Salaries, Cash flow.
- Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers.
- Carry out tasks assigned by Accounts and Finance Manager.
- Handle Office Petty Cash and assist in compiling Time sheet
- Reports to the Finance/ Account Manager.
Requirements
- BSc/ HND Accounting
- 3 years post qualification experience.
- MS Word, Excel, Access.
- Sage Line 50 Accounting and Sage Job Costing.
- Proactive, Detail Oriented, Articulate.
- Efficient and Timely completion of Assignments.
