- Are you experienced in micro finance? Have you worked in a consumer or business loan company?
- Are you seasoned in managing client relationships and leading teams?
- Do you have excellent sales, business development and credit analysis skills?
- Are you a self-starter, and comfortable delivering on expectations with minimal supervision?
- Are you an excellent communicator, with great interpersonal skills?
